AI Integrator can now import data exports from ChatGPT and Claude. Chats, projects, files and memories become part of an AI Integrator account, where any model in Chat can continue them. Import is available on Pro and Max.

Getting your export
- ChatGPT. In ChatGPT, open Settings > Data controls > Export data. OpenAI emails a link to a ZIP file.
- Claude. In Claude, open Settings > Privacy > Export data. Anthropic emails a link to a ZIP file.
AI Integrator also reads exports from Just4o. A large account may export as several ZIP files, and they can all be chosen at once.
Choosing what to import
Open Settings > Import on the web, the desktop app or iPhone, and choose Choose exports, or drop the ZIP files onto the page. The export is read on your device, and only the items you select are uploaded.
The review screen sorts what it found into Chats, Projects, Memories, Agents, Personalization and Files. Each tab can be searched, any item can be opened to preview it, and a chat can be assigned to a project or to No project. Files and personalization start unselected. Importing personalization replaces your current preferences, and the screen says so before you confirm.
Import then brings the selection across, with a progress list. Items that cannot be imported are listed under Needs attention, and Stop after this item ends the import cleanly at any point.
How memories are prepared
When an export contains saved memories, GPT-6 Luna splits them into separate facts before they are saved. Each proposed fact keeps a quote from the original export, and a fact is dropped if its quote does not appear in the source. Your chats are never mined for new memories. This step uses plan usage and follows your zero data retention and no-training settings.
Imported facts appear in Settings > Memory like any other saved fact, unverified, so they can be read, edited or deleted. Imported memories share an allowance of 2,000,000 tokens per account, and the import screen shows how much is used.
Removing an import
The Imported view lists everything that came across. Items can be searched, filtered by category, selected and removed with Remove. Removing a project removes its memories and keeps its chats and files. Removing imported personalization restores your previous preferences where they have not changed since.
Limits
- Import is part of Pro and Max.
- A single imported chat can hold up to 10,000 messages.
- Files follow your plan's per-file size limit: 25 MB on Free, 50 MB on Pro and 100 MB on Max.
- Gemini and other apps are not supported yet.
