Calls with an Agent take up less room and answer more smoothly, and controlling a computer from your phone now works more like using the phone itself.
Agent phone calls
The bar for an ongoing call now sits in a free spot at the top of the screen, so it stays clear of what you are reading. When the Agent on a call does several things at once, it gives one answer when they are all done. If a call fails, an anonymous note of what went wrong is saved so it can be fixed.
Control your PC by touch
When you watch a computer from a touch screen, pinch to zoom, drag to move around, and bring up the keyboard when you need to type. Tap a screen or an app to open it full screen.
You can also choose which computer an Agent works on from your phone, using the same computer menu as on the web and the desktop app.
Other changes
- A chat's details fit on one line, and More info shows the branch of the chat's project folder.
