Compare SEC filings, FRED series, and historical prices, and check whether a chart uses live data.
Choose a data source
Research data and price history come from different plugins. Install the ones you need, turn them on for Chat or Code, and check each card to see whether it needs a key.

AI Integrator Government and AI Integrator Finance share some skills. Turning off a shared skill turns it off in both. Price history comes from Yahoo Finance, Stooq, or Alpha Vantage. AI Integrator Finance doesn’t include it.
Write a precise request
Name the company or series, the period, the units, and the calculation. For a filing, ask for the form, the filing date, the period, and a link. To check a filing, use the SEC filing search. For a series, say whether you want the level, the percent change, or your own calculation. Each series page on FRED lists its release and source.
Example: “Compare this company’s reported revenue for the last three complete fiscal years from SEC filings. Name the fiscal year ends and show the growth calculation.”
Live and model-supplied data
When the data was fetched, the chart footer shows Live data or Partly live and names the series. When the model supplied the numbers, the footer shows Model-supplied values. Check the footer before you rely on a chart.
In Customize, you can index each series to 100 or switch to percent change, when the data supports it. You can also ask for a single derived series, such as a margin, free cash flow, or an inflation-adjusted series, without plotting its inputs. The inputs are still cited, and Refresh data fetches them again. Use scatter plots to compare named items, such as companies or models, not to put a list of tickers on a date axis. See Charts.
A historical price isn’t a live quote. Keep the retrieval time and the latest observation with the answer, because published data can be revised. These examples read and compare public data. A connector that can move money has its own confirmation step.
