Set up Chat, start a local Code task, and add files to a project.
Chat, Code, and Files
AI Integrator includes Chat, Code, and Files. Chat provides conversations, projects, memory, agents, scheduled tasks, and model access. Files stores uploaded documents and saved media. Both use an AI Integrator account. Code runs installed coding agents against local folders and repositories and can be used without an account. The product switcher opens each workspace; switching products does not upload local Code projects.
Start a chat
Users open AI Integrator Chat, sign in, and select New chat in the left rail. The composer exposes the model and effort controls before the first message is sent. The rail then provides Projects, Chats, Search chats, Agents, Scheduled Tasks, Skills & Plugins, and Images. Files remains available from the product navigation. Set up Code
Users open Downloads for the Mac or Windows application. Code can open an existing folder, clone a repository into a selected location, or begin a standalone local project. Desktop Settings → Runtimes & Models shows detected runtimes and the setup path for a supported runtime. The Code composer makes runtime, model, effort, permission, and delegation choices visible before a run starts. The PC guide covers that local loop.
Use the mobile app
A phone can access the same Chat account in a browser. The mobile companion can also connect to a desktop through Mobile Gateway to view and control permitted Code tasks.
